“Tim was extraordinary to work with. Availability and transparency were my 2 biggest reasons to go with him. When I tell you he was available to see nearly 100% of the time, I mean 99% of the time. That 1% he wasn’t available, he made sure someone on his team was. As far as transparency goes, it always made me feel better when he said “even if you wanted to put in an offer, I wouldn’t write it” on a house with problems. The good followed with “I would absolutely write this up and we’ll get creative yo stand out”. He just always had our best interest at heart and that’s why I wouldn’t recommend going with anyone else. When we sell again, Tim will be our agent. When we buy again, Tim will be our agent.”
